Loved this game so much! The puzzles are so clever, and they make you feel really smart when you finish them. I had to work together with my girlfriend to solve some of them, which was a lot of fun! The whole game is super cute, and we really loved the ending! Great work on what's my favorite game of the year so far! ^^

🐭thank you so much! we're so glad you liked it hehe 💜

Finished the game! Yay! Super fun puzzle game. Loved the easy undo button and the optional hints. Also that you didn't have to fully complete a world to move onto the next!

100%ed so far, except for the achievements. Still gotta figure out what they are. (Maybe small hints  in-menu would be cool?)

🦊heck yea, glad you liked it!! yea a *big* thing was making sure that puzzles could be optional and you didn't have to do all of them. People keep asking for achievement hints and we definitely gotta add them sometime soon, whoops. I finally remembered to write down a note in our Trello, so maybe in the next build we'll have em

I can't seem to do anything once I start a puzzle.  I tried using the WASD controls as well as my PS4 controller... I can move in the menu and select thing without an issue.  Not sure what the problem is but I tried everything I could possibly think of on both options.

🦌did the slime rabbit show up in the puzzle?

(1 edit)

nope, sorry for the late response

🦌oh yea, this only happens when the Lesbian Toggle is turned off, you gotta turn it back on (it also skips the story, you can find it under Extras on the title screen)

Ah yes, it must have gotten toggled when I was messing around with options.  It is kinda hard to tell if it is on or off tbh.  It is working now and thank you for the help!

Would be great if the background music didn't restart every time you complete the level and start another. Especially since some of those tracks are nice to listen to.

🦝heh, timing that I check itch just as you make this comment. This is actually something we were considering just before release but didn't have time to implement and also weren't sure if people would want it. Now that you've asked for it, we'll definitely put it into the game sometime soon. I'm glad you enjoy the music! 🤎

I’m having a wonderful time with this game. I thought I’d start it up and play a couple levels before bed. Now the sun’s about to come up. D:

🪐We're glad you're having fun! But be sure to sleep too

Very nice game i really enjoyed playing some of it. my favorite thing is how clean the UI looks, it reminds me of mario maker in a way :)

🦌thank you! we actually did take some inspiration from Super Mario Bros. Wonder's UI. We had a kinda chunky with big border and shadow style going already and were trying to figure out what to do with it, when a friend was like "it looks like Wonder" and we were like, oh yea it does huh

Why is there no level editor ):
This game would be so much better with a level editor

(+3)

🦌there is one! it's just definitely not ready for everyone to mess around with it, and wont be in time for release. It *is* accessible from the Early Access version of the game though with Shift+Esc, but there's a bit of a learning curve as well as bugs and weird quirks/crashes

ok

I can see why it's not in the menu now, because OH BOY IT'S JUST WAY TOO HARD TO USE PROPERLY like really why can't I just make levels????? Why can't I place tiles in the level editor????

🪐You can't edit the puzzles that come with the game. You'll have to go to File->Swap Worldpak->Create Worldpak. This will let you get started, but be sure to save frequently as the game may crash at any time

Oh.
XD Lol why didn't I notice that 'Swap Worldpak' button before???
Anyways, beyond that, it's more user-friendly then I thought. There's a little box where you can place tiles with (which I am used to on other level editor games like Mario Maker 2) and it's just very easy to use (for me).
For some reason, I've used the level editor for a while and I haven't seemed to notice any bugs or crashes, which is a bit weird considering your warning to 'save frequently as the game may crash at any time'.
So far, I've made my first Worldpak and my first World in it is officially complete (but there's still more to be done in it cuz it takes TIME)
Thanks for telling me this, you basically just gave me the key needed to actually use the level editor.

🦝heck yea! glad you're having fun with it!

we just warned about it crashing because like, the regular game gets bug tested and checked out a lot to make sure it all works but the level editor doesn't get the same treatment, so like, maybe it'll be fine, but you may also find some weird thing in it. Glad to hear that it's easy to use though! Interested to see what you make

Looks pretty

🦨thank you!

I laugh, I cried, I blobbed Bun.

I love this game, it's filled with some real fun puzzles and the theme is charming.

I hope we get to see some more levels and fun gimmicks in the final version.

🦊Thank you! Yea, we haven't met our goal of 120 puzzles but, if the game does well, we can always add more either with updates or DLC. We have quite a few more ideas for puzzle elements but decided to cut it off with what we have here, because it's already a lot

A bunny made out of slime?  Heck yeah!  I had a lot of fun, laughs, and moments my brain was hurting as you'll see in my Gameplay:

Thank you for this fun experience Jess!  I plan to play more of it as it's just so addicting and at times challenging.  You add a blob bunny to that and you have a fun time on your hands!  Awesome job!
